The 4 letters known to commonly spawn pre-emptive fits of nervous diarrhea and anxiety-induced head explosions in any number of premeds: MCAT.

Possibly the grand bitch-mother of all admissions tests, this exam stands alone in its complexity and ability to crack even the most able student.
